Bonus Share Plan

Further to the ASX Announcementon 10 May 2007, National Australia Bank has amended the Bonus Share Plan.

The Plan is only available to Shareholders who were entered on the National’s Share Register on or before 10 May 2007 and who were already participating in the Bonus Share Plan on that date.
