MLC Completes Plum Alliance with Vanguard - 24 June 2003
Further to the announcement dated 9 April 2003, we wish to advise that MLC Limited has completed the arrangements for Plum Financial Services to become a fully owned subsidiary of MLC following the execution of documentation by MLC, Vanguard Group Inc and Plum.
