National Completes Purchase of Hertz Fleetlease Limited - 1 November 2002
National Australia Bank today completed the purchase of the New Zealand-based Hertz Fleetlease Limited. The agreement to purchase Hertz Fleetlease Limited was entered into in September 2002.
The purchase was subject to certain conditions, which included obtaining regulatory consents. These conditions have been satisfied.
