ASX Announcement - National Announces New Chairman of the Board - 3 September 2001
The National Australia Bank today announced the appointment of Mr Charles Allen as Chairman of the Board following the resignation of Mr Mark Rayner as Chairman. Mr Rayner will remain on leave of absence as a director of the board.
