Importance of corporate governance

The Board of directors of the Company (Board) is responsible for the corporate governance of the Company and its controlled entities (the Group). Corporate governance is a matter of high importance in the Company and is undertaken with due regard to all of the Company’s stakeholders and its role in the community. Good corporate governance is a fundamental part of the culture and the business practices of the Group.
