Substantial Shareholder Notice

The National Australia Bank Limited (NAB) has today lodged a Form 605 under Section 671B of the Corporations Law - Notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder.

Further to previous announcements regarding Allco Principals Investments Pty Ltd, NAB advises that all of the shares in Allco Finance Group Ltd previously held as security by NAB have been sold. As a result, there will be a small writeback to the specific charge to be included in the Company’s financial statements for the six months ended 31 March 2008, which will be published on 9 May 2008.
